Our Standards
What “Vetted” Means
Every firm in our network passes a five-part review before we refer anyone to them. Most referral services pass along whoever pays to be listed. We don't.
Case Outcomes via PACER
We pull federal court filings and dockets through PACER to evaluate real litigation performance — not self-reported credentials.
Bar Standing & Disciplinary History
We verify active licensure and review the full disciplinary record with the state bar. Any sanction, suspension, or finding of dishonesty is disqualifying.
Malpractice Record
We examine malpractice claim history for patterns — even settled claims — that online reviews rarely surface.
Secret Shopper Integrity Checks
We test whether firms will honestly decline unwinnable cases or push forward just to generate fees. Firms that fail are removed.
