Legal Integrity is not a directory. We don't sell listings or accept payment for placement. Every firm in our network has passed a rigorous five-part review — and we remove firms that no longer meet our standards. If your firm has a strong track record and operates with integrity, we want to hear from you.
What joining the network means.
Being part of the Legal Integrity network is not a marketing arrangement. It is a professional endorsement — and we treat it that way.
Qualified referrals, not leads.
We review every submission before making a referral. You hear from people whose situations match your practice area and jurisdiction — not a flood of unscreened inquiries.
No fees. No commissions.
There is no charge to apply, no listing fee, and no commission on cases you take. We do not earn money based on whether you retain a client.
A signal of credibility.
Clients come to us specifically because they want a firm that has been vetted. Being in our network tells prospective clients something meaningful about how you practice.
Ongoing accountability.
Vetting is not a one-time event. We monitor client feedback and may conduct additional integrity checks. Firms that no longer meet our standards are removed.
What we look for.
Our review is thorough. Most firms that apply do not pass every criterion. We are looking for firms with a genuine track record of competence and integrity — not firms that are good at marketing themselves.
Case outcomes via PACER
We pull federal court filings and dockets to evaluate real litigation performance. Self-reported credentials are not sufficient.
Bar standing and disciplinary history
We verify active licensure and review the full disciplinary record. Any sanction, suspension, or finding of dishonesty is disqualifying.
Malpractice record
We examine malpractice claim history for patterns — including settled claims that rarely appear in online reviews.
Secret shopper integrity checks
We test whether your firm will honestly decline cases it cannot win, or push forward to generate fees. Firms that fail this check are not admitted.
Client feedback
We evaluate verified reviews across multiple platforms, looking for consistent patterns in communication, follow-through, and outcomes.
Who should apply.
We work with firms of all sizes — from solo practitioners to regional firms — across all practice areas. What matters is not the size of your firm but the quality of your work and your commitment to honest dealing with clients. If you have a strong track record, clean disciplinary history, and are willing to submit to our review process, we encourage you to apply.
Who is not a fit.
- Firms with disciplinary sanctions, suspensions, or findings of dishonesty.
- Firms with patterns of malpractice claims, even if settled.
- Firms that failed our secret shopper integrity check.
- Firms that pursue unwinnable cases to generate fees.
