The process
How we match you with a vetted firm.
Most referral services hand you a list of names and wish you luck. We do something different. Every firm in our network has passed a rigorous vetting process — and we stay involved to make sure the match is right for your situation.
Tell us about your legal issue.
Use our intake form to describe your situation in plain language. You don't need to know the legal terminology — just tell us what happened, what you're dealing with, and what outcome you're hoping for. The more detail you share, the better we can match you.
Your information is kept confidential and is used only to identify the right firms for your situation.
We review your case and identify matches.
Our team reviews your submission and identifies firms in our network that handle your type of case, practice in your state, and have a track record we've verified. We don't use an algorithm — a person looks at your situation and makes a considered recommendation.
We typically respond within one business day. If your situation falls outside our network's coverage, we'll tell you honestly rather than refer you to a firm that isn't a good fit.
You speak with the firm and decide.
We connect you with the firm directly. You ask your questions, evaluate whether they're the right fit, and make your own decision about whether to hire them. We don't pressure you, and we don't earn a commission based on the outcome of your case.
The attorney-client relationship is between you and the firm. Legal Integrity's role ends at the introduction.
Every firm passes our five-part review.
Before any firm joins our network, we verify their case outcomes through PACER, check bar standing and disciplinary history, review malpractice records, run secret shopper integrity checks, and evaluate verified client feedback. We remove firms that no longer meet our standards.
Common questions
Is there a fee to use Legal Integrity?
No. There is no charge to submit your case or receive a referral based on your case outcome. Legal Integrity is free for people seeking legal representation.
How long does it take to get a match?
We typically respond within one business day of receiving your submission. Complex situations or less common practice areas may take slightly longer.
What if I don't want to hire the firm you recommend?
That's entirely your choice. We make an introduction — you decide whether to move forward. There's no obligation, and we won't follow up to pressure you.
Do you cover my state?
We are building our network across the United States. If we don't have a vetted firm in your state for your type of case, we'll tell you rather than refer you to someone we haven't vetted.
What types of cases do you handle?
We match people with vetted firms across all areas of law, including employment, personal injury, family law, criminal defense, immigration, business disputes, real estate, estate planning, bankruptcy, intellectual property, civil rights, and Social Security disability.
